About StuCoRe
StuCoRe is a well-rounded team of six people dedicated to serving you. We are:
Josh – Owner and Chief Technician - Primary Network Technician
Josh is our network, server, and business solutions expert. Rarely to be found in the shop, he spends most of his time making service calls to both business and private clients.
Harlan – Office Manager - In-Shop / On-site Service Technician - Primary Web Programmer - Secondary Network Technician
Harlan is our office manager and all-around service technician. He fills in wherever he's needed, either in-shop or in-home service and the UPS desk. He's also often the first person walk-in or telephone customers speak to.
Larry – In-shop Service Manager - Primary Web Designer - Primary Printer Technician
Larry is our main bench technician. He takes care of the in-shop services, and is the person who usually takes care of notebook computer and laser printer repairs. He also fills in at the UPS shipping desk at need.
Kyle – In-shop Service Technician - Electronics Tech
Kyle greets and assists walk-in customers and works on computers in the shop. He also answers questions for people who call on the telephone. He's trained in electronics circuitry and can perform circuit board repairs.
Patricia – Administrative Secretary
Patricia minds the front of the shop, answers the phones, and is the person to talk to if you need an appointment with a service technician. She works Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Kara – Administrative Assistant
Kara is the person responsible for our eBay sales and is the main UPS shipping agent. She also helps with stocking the store shelves.
