Scheduled servicing (NOT same business-day): $45/hour

Same-day servicing: $60/hour

Immediate servicing (less than 1/2 hour to arrival by client's request): $75/hour*

* 1/2 hour arrival time not always available. Please call the office to request Josh's cell phone so you reach him immediately so that an ASAP-plan can be put into action.

Mileage is charged at the current Federal Mileage Rate for any service call outside of Macon City Limits.

Residential servicing is billed the same as commercial servicing except we do not make priority service calls for residential requests.

NOTE: In-shop servicing that is requested same-day or immediately is charged at 1.5x.

Diagnosis and/or Consult: $20.00 (up to one-half hour)

Parts installation: $40.00 (Very simple parts have reduced or no labor fees, such as most memories)

Complex Parts installation: $80.00 (DC jack repair/replacement or other feasible electrical repair)*

* DC jack repair can take up to ten (10) business days.

Virus removal: $50.00-$100.00, depending on severity (not guaranteed nor recommended; only if an OS reinstall is NOT requested exclusively by the client with the client knowing all risks involved). It is PERTINENT to understand that viruses are caused mostly by visiting websites or downloading free items (games, clipart, porn, etc.) that are unsafe. NO Anti-Virus can protect against unsafe behavior while surfing the web.

Operating System Re-installation WITHOUT a backup: $80.00

Operating System Re-installation WITH a backup: $100.00
