WHAT WE CHARGE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES:

Sometimes you need help immediately. This is our speciality.

We offer a $75/hour immediate on-site service rate if you request we reschedule our current job and arrive at your site as quickly as possible.

We offer a $60/hour same-day on-site service rate if your problem requires same-day service but not necessarily immediately.

We offer an immediate in-shop service rate at a 50% increase of our typical flat fees if your computer requires immediate help in-shop.

How to Get Service Now

Call the shop @ 660-395-9210 or 660-676-7006. Request immediate or same-day service.

If it is after hours, and you are a business who does not have Josh's cell phone, email him at service@stucore.com. He will receive your email on his phone within minutes, and will call you back as quickly as possible to make arrangements.
