What is THE BEST PART about our backup? We know daily your data is safe because we watch it for you every day. If anything happens and you call, we can say with confidence, "No problem. We have a backup."

How It Works

It's simple. If you have data missing, call or email us, and we will restore it for you either at its original location* or via emailed directly to you.

Every other backup service on earth makes you manage your own data. We don't believe we can call ourselves a backup provider if you are the one having to do the backup AND restoration!

With our backup service, it's all about SERVICE. There's lots of places you can backup your data to, but we're still the only ones who will do your backup AND restoration all at LOWER prices than anyone else in the industry.

* Requires we have remote access to the computer you wish us to restore the data directly to. Most companies provide us this access because it provides near-instantaneous recovery, but if you prefer, we can merely email any files you need recovered. If a file(s) won't fit in an email, then we will burn it to disc and either mail it free of charge or deliver it to you for free if you are in Macon City Limits.

** To be clear, "restoration" is defined as putting data back where it was originally on your computer.

For example, we would put a file folder (containing lots of individual files) back where it goes, or an Excel spreadsheet back where it goes.

We are not including "a reintegration service" for this price (though we can provide this service at our hourly rate), as in a server fails, and then a server would have to be rebuilt, then to reconnect all client computers, then reinstall all programs, then resetup all remote connections, etc. That is an entirely separate and lengthy job.
