Scheduled servicing (NOT same business-day): $40/hour

Same-day or immediate servicing: $60/hour

Evening or weekend servicing: $60/hour

Mileage is charged at the current Federal Mileage Rate for any service call outside of Macon City Limits.

Residential servicing is billed the same as commercial servicing except we do not make priority service calls for residential needs.

NOTE: In-shop servicing that is requested same-day or immediately is charged 1.5x regular rate.

Diagnosis and/or Consult: $20.00 (up to one-half hour)

Simple Parts installation (desktop only except on memory): $20.00 (Memory, optical (CD/DVD) drives, power supplies, CPU/Processor, floppy/zip/memory-card drive/reader, case fans, and cables)

NOTE: You may have up to two of the above parts installed simultaneously at no additional cost.

Complex Parts installation: $40.00 (all laptop installations except memory and hard drive physical installation)

Very Complex Parts installation: $80.00 (DC jack repair/replacement or other electrical repair)

Virus removal (if possible): $49.00 (may be changed to OS re-installation if infection is severe)

     NOTE: Virus removals that are successful include a full report of the infection's removal, how to prevent future viruses, and how to fight a minor infection in the future.

Operating System Re-installation withOUT a backup: $70.00

Operating System Re-installation WITH a backup: $89.00

     NOTE: Every successful OS reinstallation includes a full report of the repair, as well as information on how to prevent and combat viruses.
