STEP #1:

Before you contact StuCoRe’s technical support, have you tried the latest troubleshooting guide? Below is a link that leads to the latest online version of the troubleshooting guide for your StuCoRe Computer. Warning: If you do not own a StuCoRe Computer, do not attempt to use this troubleshooting guide! There is a chance that you may damage your computer and StuCoRe will not be liable!

STEP #2:

If the troubleshooting guide did not solve your problem, or your problem was not addressed, write StuCoRe using the following link. Warning: Please be aware that technical support is only freely available for those StuCoRe customers who are still under warranty. If you are writing about a technical support issue, and you are not under warranty, there is charge that will be billed to your current mailing address.

You will receive a response from StuCoRe as soon as your email is received. Please give a few hours on business days or up to 48 hours on the weekends. If StuCoRe has not responded to your email within that time period, please repeat your email. StuCoRe will respond as quickly as possible. It is possible that your issue may require research and thus requires additional time to find an adequate solution. In those cases, you will be notified as soon as possible.
